ABOUT CAITLIN-MAY

Caitlin-May is a fully qualified stylist with over 6 years’ experience in the industry. Caitlin-May completed her apprenticeship in Canberra attending CIT weekly. Caitlin-May moved to Lyneham Hair at the end of her training and has worked at Lyneham since mid 2024.

Opportunity for Caitlin-May to purchase the salon came in January 2026, as previous owners made the decision to return to Queensland. With guidance from her family, her own sheer determination and goal driven personality Caitlin-May has now achieved one of her professional goals of purchasing her own salon and now is able to provide hairdressing services to the local and surrounds of the Lyneham community.

Caitlin-May enjoys whole head colouring, traditional haircuts, perming, foiling, sets, children cuts, applying treatments to enhance hair quality for each client.

A little background: In the early 1930s, brothers Anton and Vincent de Lorenzo began their burgeoning careers in the hairdressing industry as barbers in Redfern, New South Wales. As their skills and passion for hairdressing developed, so did their acclaimed reputation within the industry which led to their expertise being sought after by fashionable, high profile clientele.
De Lorenzo has always had an ethical approach to haircare. Their mission is to provide professional salons with the best quality, natural based haircare, manufactured in an environmentally responsible way.
They use certified organic ingredients that are sustainably farmed and wild-harvested wherever possible. We strongly oppose animal testing, are CCF listed (http://choosecrueltyfree.org.au/) and we don’t use ingredients of animal origin.
